I will help you understand how your body works and will teach you how to design your own healing path utilizing my methodology that combines the science of physical therapy with the art of yoga, pranayama, meditation and ritual practices. I call it Wisdom Healing. We'll take a deep dive into all things related to bringing your body back into balance while restoring mobility, strength and relieving pain.

By combining my 3 decades-long career in physical therapy and my study of the Indian lineage of yoga, I provide methods to assess your own body, restore balance and mobility within the body and empower you to move with improved strength and ease.

My mission is to create health and wellness programs that are accessible, affordable and effective so that more people have access to methods used in traditional physical therapy practice while also accessing non-traditional methods including ritual, yoga asana, pranayama and meditation to aid in healing.
